Sea Surface Meteorological Survey Database
Sea surface meteorological data are sourced from the cooperative marine survey data, drifter data and international exchange data. These data were processed by the NMDIS to establish the sea surface meteorological database. It contains such observational elements as station, wind, weather phenomena, air temperature, air pressure, humidity, sea wave, cloud and so forth. Observational time is from 1950 to 1995. Data distribution area is 100-260°E, 0-60°N. Total data quantity is 3.92GB, altogether 15 780 169 station-times.
